FAQ
General
1. What does systemcp do?
systemcp develops individual mosaic surfaces as structured mosaic sheet solutions for architectural and interior projects. The goal is to connect design, planning and delivery in a clear and reliable way.
2. Who is systemcp for?
Architects, designers, interior specialists, installers/tiling contractors, and project-driven clients who want large, bespoke mosaic work.
3. Do you also work with private clients?
Yes. The project matters more than the client type. From roughly 5 m² onwards, bespoke solutions can be planned and delivered efficiently.
Product & design
4. What kind of mosaic work is possible?
From calm, structured surfaces to graphic patterns and complex image motifs - depending on the mosaic type, chip size and surface size. We advise early on what works visually and what makes sense technically.
5. Are there design limitations?
Design is largely open. Our job is to shape ideas so they remain technically sound, durable in use and commercially realistic.
6. Can we bring our own designs?
Yes. Designs can be used as-is, optimised, or developed together - always with the final result and buildability in mind.
7. Can you do repeats or series?
Yes. Repeatability and consistent quality are core parts of the system.
Materials & technique
8. Which materials are used?
Glass, ceramic and natural stone, plus selected accents. We help you choose what fits the use case, look and budget.
9. Which formats are possible?
Standard formats as well as custom formats. Together we define a format that supports both the design and the installation.
10. How is it delivered?
As pre-made mosaic sheets with a clear layout plan and structure - for a smooth on-site process.
11. Which carrier systems are used?
Project-dependent. The choice follows the application and installation method. In many cases we use the proven paper-face method.
12. Are wet areas or special zones possible?
Yes. Depending on material and build-up we advise for bathrooms, pools, spa and sauna environments.
13. Do you integrate client-supplied or third-party components?
systemcp supplies a defined mosaic system. Third-party or client-supplied elements outside the system are not part of our scope. This keeps quality, responsibility and the final result clear.
Installation & site
14. How demanding is the installation?
The sheets are set up for logical and safe installation. A layout overview is included and all sheets are clearly identified. If the area is measured correctly, cutting is generally not required.
15. Does the installer need special know-how?
No. Good preparation and clear documents allow experienced installers to work without hassle.
16. Do you provide project-specific documents?
Yes. Each delivery includes clear, project-specific installation guidance.
Project & process
17. From what project size does systemcp make sense?
From single surfaces to series. The key is a clearly planned, repeatable solution.
18. How does the cooperation work?
Direct, structured and solution-driven. We advise and work together to find the best route for the project.
19. How reliable are lead times?
Lead times depend on the project, but are agreed early and kept predictable.
20. Which regions does systemcp deliver to?
We regularly deliver within the DACH region, BENELUX and Scandinavia. Projects within the European Union are generally possible as well. Key factors are clear scope, reliable logistics and a smooth delivery process. Outside the EU, projects are reviewed case by case.
Cost & commercial
21. How is pricing calculated?
Project-based and transparent. Early on we show what options make sense and which factors drive cost.
22. What mainly affects the price?
Material, chip size and project scope have the biggest impact. Repeats and series typically improve the commercial outcome.
Other
23. Can you provide samples?
